Liebert Power and Cooling Technologies
Broomfield, CO—January 17, 2008:

announced that it has entered into a reseller agreement with
Emerson Network Power, a business of Emerson (NYSE: EMR) and the
global leader in enabling Business-Critical Continuity™, to
provide the full suite of Liebert power and cooling solutions.

flexibility, efficiency and reliability that our customers need
to increase data center performance, flexibility, availability

As part of the agreement, 42U's IT Infrastructure Consultants
will offer Liebert
XD cooling solutions, which are designed for high-density
servers and switches. The Liebert XD system can complement
existing cooling systems to increase the utilization of data
center space and energy, while enabling focused
rack- and
zone-level cooling to eliminate
data
center hot spots.
