One of DirectNET’s core values is the commitment to support and recognize diversity, “by acknowledging and appreciating our diverse ethnic, racial, life choice, and national differences...”

Through the “Diversity Days” initiative, employees are encouraged to share and express their own background, things that they are interested in, places they would want to visit, a specific culture they are a part of or would like to be.
