Relationship Management (CRM) software to enhance customer service
and improve workflow.
The new company-wide platform, which uses Onyx Software’s suite
of CRM products, will unify DirectNET’s
three independent business units:

KVM Switch Solutions;
Server Racks Online,
the only online rack superstore in the US; and
KVM Switches Online,
the nation’s largest KVM Switch e-commerce store.
The Onyx system will help further enhance
DirectNET’s industry-leading
customer service and pre-and post-sale customer support by providing
better ticket tracking and contract management, improving tracking
of returned merchandise, and centralizing and streamlining the quote
process.
