Broomfield, CO—October 11, 2006: DirectNET, the nation’s leading provider of datacenter management solutions, has upgraded its Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to enhance customer service and improve workflow.

The new company-wide platform, which uses Onyx Software’s suite of CRM products, will unify DirectNET’s three independent business units: 42U, the leading VAR of enterprise KVM Switch Solutions; Server Racks Online, the only online rack superstore in the US; and KVM Switches Online, the nation’s largest KVM Switch e-commerce store.

The Onyx system will help further enhance DirectNET’s industry-leading customer service and pre-and post-sale customer support by providing better ticket tracking and contract management, improving tracking of returned merchandise, and centralizing and streamlining the quote process.

“After an analysis of our needs and a thorough review of the market's leading CRM vendors, we determined that Onyx's solution would best integrate our divisions and unify all our business units," said Jon Inaba, DirectNET’s Director of Sales.

Internally, the Onyx software package will help DirectNET improve data management, eliminate operational redundancies, enhance forecasting and reporting capabilities, and improve business intelligence and marketing capabilities.
