January 2016’s menu kicked off with Tuttle providing lettuce wraps with well-spiced veggies and tofu. The following monday, Shannon kicked it up a notch with some curry creation! Incorporating her vegan choices, her custom-adjusted 30 minute coconut curry recipe fulfilled all our nutritional needs PLUS coconut curry sensations, all in one bowl of awesome!
