General Responsibilities:
The Sales Support Specialists manage all aspects of customer service for orders/accounts originating through a Sales Consultant and via our online stores. This individual supports the achievement of our company goals and ensures that all tasks performed and decisions made align with the company’s vision and mission.

  • Maintains consistency regarding company standards and procedures for customer support and order processing.
  • Maintains accurate and timely communication with customer’s, support team members and sales representatives
  • Maintaining additional responsibilities when applicable, this can include but is not limited to: back up coverage, Shipping/logistics, phone coverage, etc.,
  • Recommends and maintains customer service, process, and procedural improvements that will enhance the customer experience, improve efficiency, decrease costs, increase productivity, and/or enhance our work environment
  • Implements and/or adopts approved changes
  • Meet with direct manager to review metrics, priorities, and individual and team goal achievement.

General Expectations:
As a consistent point of contact for our customers and visitors our Sales Support Specialists must consistently demonstrate excellence in customer service and professionalism.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years support or processing experience, w/ demonstrated work history consistency. Preferably in loan processing or some sort of equivalency.

Preferences:

  • Dedication to energy efficiency, data center, IT, and infrastructure support experience
  • 4 year applicable degree
